Meet our founder and principal coach at Rocksteady. Jessica Rockson is a UK based Leadership Coach with over 15 years’ experience working as trusted advisor and consultant to some of the top global banking firms. A seasoned coach with a heart-led approach, Jessica holds a PCC credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Jessica has close to 2000 mentoring sessions under her belt, working with budding coaches, guiding them in honing their skills as certified professional coaches.
She’s not just a coach, she’s a champion of conscious leadership, a beacon of consciousness, and an avid organic gardener. She has appeared on international television speaking on leadership coaching. She worked as a Special Constable for the London Metropolitan Police Service for over 5 years, keeping the streets of London safe.
